We are pleased to announce the availability of the UDS Splitter Utility, developed by GSI. This tool allows users to split large UDS files into smaller segments that can be more easily imported into their claims systems. The UDS Splitter was developed in response to the challenges faced by some NCIGF members experiencing difficulties processing large UDS files received from insolvent carriers.

UDS Splitter Utility is a simple and user-friendly application that can run on any Windows computer. Users select the UDS file they want to split, specify the maximum size of each segment, and choose the output folder. The utility will create multiple UDS files with appropriate HEADER and TRAILER records. Users can import these smaller files into their claims systems without encountering errors or delays.

GSI is offering the UDS Splitter Utility as a complimentary tool to anyone working with UDS data who may find it beneficial. Users can easily download the UDS Splitter from the GSI website at [URL]. GSI also provides technical support and documentation for the utility.
