New Features
- The View All Records page now has a “Change Location State” link. Click on the state value in any row to easily change the destination guaranty fund for that row.
- Contact Management: We now support unlimited email contacts for Liquidator accounts (this was previously limited to three). You can manage the email accounts associated with your organization on the Contact Management page, now accessible from the Mapper home page.
- Storage Locations: We’ve added a new Storage Locations page, which will eventually allow individual management of NCIGF storage locations AND external storage locations (future release…stay tuned!).
- Liquidator Settings: Users now have control over receiving the GSI Daily Activity Report (summary email sent once daily) and individual SUDS transfer emails (triggered automatically as files become ready for download). These settings currently apply to all contacts for a given Liquidator, more granularity is coming in a future release.
- Insolvent Company Settings: We added an Insolvent Company Settings page, which expands the metadata of each insolvency the UDS Data Mapper can use to provide UDS validation. This lays some groundwork for planned future enhancements to UDS validation.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): The UDS Data Mapper supports two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. Users can choose either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to set up 2FA. A link to manage Two-Factor Authentication is now available on the home page.
Additional Updates
- We added a link to manage User Settings on the front page. We also added fresh help text throughout the application, and fixed some mismatched menu/page titles.
- We added a new “Guess” button when creating Maps to automatically attempt to map source rows to UDS columns during the mapping process.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug related to the Analyze UDS Button on the Produce UDS page
- Fixed issues related to registering a user or resetting a password
- Fixed bugs related to marking records as Unsent.
